If are a commercial client or perhaps someone with a bespoke hand-woven carpet you may just need someone to fit underlay, carpet or vinyl because you already have the materials. In that instance we can provide a Master carpet fitter. Our Master fitters have a minimum of 10 years flooring experience and will fit your flooring to a very high standard.
We do still offer a 'fit only' service for domestic clients depending on availability. The prices below however are based on supply and fit. Fit only has a 1.5X surcharge because the fitting service is subsidized by the profit made on supplying the carpet. Thus, it is not always cheaper to buy a carpet from the internet and get it fitted by a third party.

Minimum charges
There is a £130 half day minimum charge for all services and all prices exclude VAT. The prices listed below are for fitting weekdays in office hours between 8am and 6pm. Saturdays are charged at 1.5x prices below and Sundays, Bank Holidays and fitting between 6pm and 12am are 2x. Please call to discuss rates for night work.
All fitting prices are a guide price and each project is priced on its merits. For example, fitting a £80 per m2 carpet is not the same price per m2 as fitting a £5 per m2 carpet.
Our carpet fitting prices
Our carpet fitting prices are competitive but we are not the cheapest carpet fitters in London. We are trained professional carpet and flooring fitters, we take our time to ensure we do a great job and we pride ourselves on our outstanding workmanship.
Fitting warranties
All our carpets and floors carry a manufacturer's warranty but at Cavendish deVere we are so confident in our service that we offer a twelve month 'no quibble' installation warranty on supply and fit. * So, if something goes awry, just call us and we will come back and fix it. As far as we know, we are the only company in the United Kingdom offering this warranty at this time.
* As long as you meet the payment terms and the flooring is supplied by Cavendish deVere. We do not offer installation warranties on any flooring you supply yourself.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the project. A 50% deposit is required in all circumstances paid by Credit or Debit Card and the balance will automatically be collected upon completion. In certain circumstances we will accept 100% up front BACS payment.
Please note that these are guide prices to give you an idea of what your project might cost. Every project is different, sometimes we may need extra resources for very heavy carpets or large carpets that need to be carried up several flights of stairs or rooms with a lot of furniture and this will affect the price of fitting per m2 or the room clearance price for example.

We offer a measurement only service where will visit you at your property and our carpet estimator will measure your rooms. You will be provided with a professional pdf containing the sizes and cuts of carpet you need to order should you decide to purchase your carpet form a 3rd party supplier. We'll can also tell you how much it will cost to fit if requested. Cost just £89.99 inc VAT.
