Fitting of Luxury Vinyl Tile in Herringbone pattern #London #SW16

We had an excellent  project last week for a  client in London SW16, This wonderful project was to fit Amtico spacia in Herringbone pattern, We think that it looks wonderful by all means, The color on the floor makes the whole house  look complete. And  It looks brilliant and of the course the work we put in. This is how it  went,

Description of works

Cut and fit plyboard to hall area subfloor using 19mm coil nails then apply primer

Scrape kitchen subfloor free of all plaster and apply primer

Apply primer to utility room and toilet area

Mix and apply screed to subfloor areas and allow to dry for 24 hours

Apply feather finish and sand to create smooth, flat surface

Cut and fit vinyl flooring in herringbone pattern to subfloor areas adhere with adhesive

Trim cupboard doors (please note, we don’t paint or decorate decorate the bottom of the doors)

Apply silicone to all wet areas after completion of works

Clean and clear site upon completion

It took us 4 days to complete this job as to how it looks now,  And we are  happy with the end result we got and as to how the customer was satisfied. Yet another excellent  job by Cavendish deVere! Bravo
