A small job today to write about a carpet fitting in a small flat in Fulham, SW6 South West London and a rental property. 2 hallways and a few steps but for a new client Blu Homes, a really nice bunch of guys running a small property maintenance business.

They needed it done quickly, so we had just one day to pick-up, deliver and fit the carpet. We removed the old carpet and flooring and fit the new one onto the old underlay which was still in good condition. It was a cheap felt back underlay carpet from our budget range anyway as the budget was sub £500. But as far as budget contract flooring goes it is probably the best out there.

And judging by the pictures it actually looks very nice down. I hope the new tenants are happy with it – even if it is beige!
