Fitting of LVT Tiles in #London #SW4

We had a charming  project last week for a  client in London SW4, This wonderful project was to fit LVT tiles, We think that it looks really charming by all means, The brown wood planks looks really well on the floor and looks complete,  it is triumphant to look at the floor and of the course the work we put in. This is how it  went.

Description of works

Estimate assumes the subfloor is good, stable and not damp

Cut and fit plyboard to subfloor Using 18mm Coil nails

Apply feather finish and sand to create smooth, flat surface

Set out Flooring and ping line to receive flooring

Apply f46 adhesive to subfloor areas

Cut and fit Amtico flooring to subfloor areas

Apply translucent silicon sealant as required

Pattern: standard staggered plank

Clean and clear site upon completion

It took us a day to complete this job as to how it looks now,  And we are  happy with the end result we got and as to how the customer was satisfied. Yet another excellent  job by Cavendish deVere! Bravo!
