Fitting of LVT tiles + Underlay in London,#N14

We had a fantastic  project last week for a  client in london #N14 , This classy project was to filt beautiful LVT tiles a screed floor in a standard, staggered plank pattern , We think that it looks really satisfying, The shining LVT tiles gives the floor a glamour to look more vibrant and of course the work we put in too. Here is how it went.

Description of works

Keep the existing toilet and tiles

Remove existing flooring, take away and dispose

Apply p51 primer to all subfloor areas

Apply ardex na to all tiled areas and ramp down

Apply soundsense 1.6mm underlay to all sub floor areas

pull back soundsense underlay and apply f3 adhesive

lay soundsense underlay into f3 adhesive and fit

Cut and fit Luxury Vinyl Flooring to subfloor adhere with adhesive in standard straight plank pattern

Apply silicon around edges in wet areas

Clean and clear site upon completion

It took us 5 days to complete this job as to how it looks now,  And we are  happy with the end result we got and as to how the customer was satisfied. Yet another excellent  job by Cavendish deVere!
