Burmatex Tivoli mist Galapaos Bay carpet tiles in London
We had a nice job today for a good client right around the corner from us in South Wimbledon / Colliers Wood – Well Dressed Tables. I never really though such a company existed and at that scale too. They rent posh tables and chairs and everything that might go with it for events and weddings.
So, they have some VIPs arriving and wanted to spruce up the foyer and reception area. After we had dropped around a selection of carpet tiles sample books to them, they chose the Burmatex Tivoli mist Galapaos Bay carpet tiles for the task.
Tivoli mist is another great tile made by Burmatex for commercial (class 33) and heavy use environments, so perfect here and especially on stairs and office where chairs with castors are rolling across them all day. They are made with 100% solution dyed nylon, so they are very tough but look great while doing it. I will leave the specs below if you need them,
- Product description Low Level Loop
- Yarn description 100% Solution Dyed Nylon (Polyamide-PA)
- Size 50cm x 50cm
- Pile weight 600g/m2
- Total weight 4050g/m2
- Total thickness 6.5mm
- Wear classification BS EN 1307 Heavy Commercial Use Class 33
Anyway, Kevin’s team did a great job and the tiles look fantastic as they are striped and he has very cleverly made a nice and interesting pattern with them. But what do you think?
Here’s what we did.
