Fitting of Luxury Vinyl Tile #London #SW16

We had an excellent  project last week for a  client in London SW18 This wonderful project was to fit Amtico Spacia Sun Bleached Oak SS5W2531, We think that it looks wonderful by all means, The color on the floor makes the whole house  look complete. And  It looks brilliant and of the course the work we put in. This is how it  went

Description of works

Remove existing floor and dispose

Cut and fit plyboard and secure with coil nails

Cover with latex screed, allow to dry, return and sand to smooth finish

Cut and fit LVT in herringbone parquet pattern

Apply mastic / silicon to edges

Clean and clear site upon completion

It took us 5 days to complete this job as to how it looks now,  And we are  happy with the end result we got and as to how the customer was satisfied. Yet another excellent  job by Cavendish deVere! Bravo
