it was a genuine joy.<\/span><span class=\"\"> From the warm welcome we received from the client to the stunning final aesthetic,<\/span><span class=\"\"> this installation reminded us why we love the craft of flooring.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"3\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"4\">Phase 1: Out with the Old, Ready for the New<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><span class=\"\">Every great floor starts with what lies beneath.<\/span><span class=\"\"> The first step of our Brockley project involved the systematic removal of the existing flooring.<\/span><span class=\"\"> We believe in leaving no trace of the past,<\/span><span class=\"\"> so we ensured all old materials were cleared and disposed of responsibly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span class=\"\">Once the subfloor was exposed,<\/span><span class=\"\"> the real precision work began.<\/span><span class=\"\"> In wet environments like bathrooms,<\/span><span class=\"\"> preparation is everything.<\/span><span class=\"\"> We applied a high-quality <\/span><b class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"151\">primer<\/b><span class=\"\"> across both bathroom subfloors to ensure perfect adhesion for the layers to follow.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-path-to-node=\"7\">Phase 2: Building the Foundation<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><span class=\"\">Marmoleum is a natural product,<\/span><span class=\"\"> and because it is relatively thin and flexible,<\/span><span class=\"\"> it is unforgiving of lumps or bumps in the subfloor.<\/span><span class=\"\"> To achieve that &#8220;glass-like&#8221;
