When people think of flooring in some of London\u2019s most exclusive postcodes, they often assume everything has to be eye-wateringly expensive. In areas like Holland Park<\/span><\/span> \/ Kensington<\/span><\/span> W8<\/strong>, expectations are high \u2014 not just because of the homes themselves, but because of what people think<\/em> should go into them.<\/p>\n

A Cost-Effective Choice That Doesn\u2019t Look It<\/h3>\n

We were asked to fit a golden caramel beige polypropylene herringbone carpet<\/strong><\/a> throughout a flat in Holland Park borders of Kensington. On paper, it\u2019s a very cost-effective material \u2014 but once installed, you\u2019d be hard-pressed to tell it apart from a far more expensive natural fibre equivalent.<\/p>\n

In fact, visually, it sits remarkably close to a high-end Kersaint Cobb herringbone. And in a flat of this calibre, that matters \u2014 because visitors will naturally assume the flooring is<\/em> the premium version. It simply looks right for the space.<\/p>\n
