We are busy again this time with a fairly standard hall, stairs and landing install and a snug installation in St Reatham (as the locals call it), South West London. The old carpet had seen some action but after 10 years it has to be said it was holding up very well. It looks like it might have been a\u00a0very fetching Kersaint Cobb Pampas Nordic Helsinki but I could be wrong.<\/p>\n

Anyway, it was replace with a Cormar Pimlico Loam. Very nice mushroomy grey that matched well with LVT flooring in the front room. A lot of work done here in the afternoon by Tyrone – and on his own! Just missed the long bullnose or he would have completed this in just one day – with no corners cut, it was an excellent installation.<\/p>\n

A long day anyway but a happy client and that’s all that matters.<\/p>\n

Here is how it went<\/p>\n

Description of work proposed<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remove existing flooring, take away and dispose<\/p>\n

Cut and spray glue new underlay to subfloor<\/p>\n

Cut new carpet to shape and attach to grippers<\/p>\n

Use existing door thresholds<\/p>\n

Clean and clear upon completion<\/p>\n
