Another marvelous project completed by Hughie and his team at a home in Clapham SW4 London. A tricky sisal carpet double-stick job. No fitters ever like fitting sisal it is so hard to fit. This is becasue it is really dried grass.<\/p>\n

But we managed and again it looks great. Here is what we did:<\/p>\n

The client has asked for us to run the carpet the cheapest way so the top bedroom will be going across the room<\/p>\n

And the master bedroom will be going the same way as the stairs.<\/p>\n

2x Bedrooms and stairs<\/p>\n

Description of works<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remove existing flooring, take away and\u00a0dispose<\/p>\n

Cut and fit Powerstep underlay to subfloor<\/p>\n

Cut new carpet to shape and adhere to Powerstep underlay with F3 adhesive<\/p>\n

Clean and clear upon completion<\/p>\n

Alternative flooring Sisal Boucle Basing<\/a>\u00a0its very nice but I think I prefer the Alternative flooring sisal boucle bentley which looks great as a carpet runner<\/a><\/p>\n

It was for once a hot day in London even though we are in July the weather has been awful so Hughie was very pleased to have finished this and lost a considerable amount of fluids doing so!<\/p>\n
