We had a charming\u00a0 project last week for a\u00a0 client in London SW4, This wonderful project was to fit LVT tiles,\u00a0We think that it looks really charming by all means,\u00a0The brown wood planks looks really well on the floor and looks complete,\u00a0\u00a0it is\u00a0triumphant to look at the floor and of the course the work we put in. This is how it\u00a0 went.<\/p>\n

Description of works<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estimate assumes the subfloor is good, stable and not damp<\/p>\n

Cut and fit plyboard to subfloor Using 18mm Coil nails<\/p>\n

Apply feather finish and sand to create smooth, flat surface<\/p>\n

Set out Flooring and ping line to receive flooring<\/p>\n

Apply f46 adhesive to subfloor areas<\/p>\n

Cut and fit Amtico flooring to subfloor areas<\/p>\n

Apply translucent silicon sealant as required<\/p>\n

Pattern: standard staggered plank<\/p>\n

Clean and clear site upon completion<\/p>\n
