Commercial carpet fitting in Windsor

So we had a project in Windsor of all places for a famous ladies and handbag store. It was just a changing room that needed changing (no pun intended) but becasue the store is open 7 days a week it had to be done after 6m at night. And as it had to be durafited – which means attached to a rubber underlay which gives it much greater longevity in a hight trafiic, commercial environment – it was a long night.

Luke and Hughie had to remove the old carpet and underlay which had been stuck fast to the floor. Scrape up any remnants and then git the new Duraly 650 and glue it to the Comar Primo Plus carpet colour Ecru. Probably not the best colour (off-white) for a changing room but hey ho as they say.

As always the guys worked very hard and although a tough job in challenging conditions as there is not ventilation, they did a great job. CLient was very happy and a job well done. Not that any of the customers will ever know what went into changing the flooring under their feet!

Replace current gel backed carpet which has been durafitted at night

Remove existing carpet and underlay

Cut to size, fit and replace

Replace entrance mat with 30mm Coir mat

Clean and clear upon completion
